From our styled dessert carts to refined grazing tables and cheeseboards, each experience is created to complement your day with a seamless sense of style, becoming a natural part of your celebration.

Whether part of your drinks reception, a relaxed daytime moment or an evening celebration, our setups create something your guests are instantly drawn to — a space to enjoy, return to and remember long after the day is over.

With carefully selected ingredients, polished presentation and a detail-led approach, everything comes together effortlessly, allowing you to enjoy your wedding exactly as it should be.

Planning your Experience

From your initial enquiry through to your event day, everything is designed to feel seamless, considered and completely taken care of.

When you enquire, simply share your date, venue, guest numbers and the experience you’re interested in. We’ll confirm availability and guide you through the options best suited to your celebration, so you have a clear understanding of everything before securing your booking.

To confirm your date, a booking deposit is required — £100 for cart experiences, or 25% of the total for larger bookings. Once received, your date is exclusively reserved and we’ll begin planning your experience in more detail.

Following this, you’ll receive your booking form, menu selections and terms & conditions, allowing us to refine every element in the lead-up to your event.

Your final balance is due six weeks prior to your event, with all details confirmed ahead of this to ensure everything is prepared and ready for the day.

On the Day

Everything is taken care of behind the scenes so your experience feels effortless from start to finish.

We liaise directly with your venue in advance to coordinate timings, access and setup requirements, ensuring everything is in place ahead of your event. We’re also fully insured and certified, with Public Liability Insurance, PAT testing, food hygiene certification and risk assessments available for your venue where required.

On the day, we arrive ahead of your scheduled service time — typically around an hour prior, depending on the size and scale of your booking — to allow time for full setup and styling.

From the moment we arrive, every detail is carefully prepared and styled, ensuring your setup is ready to be enjoyed as a natural and beautifully presented part of your celebration.

Where We Travel 

We proudly travel across the UK to deliver our signature wedding dessert and grazing experiences. 

Whether you’re celebrating at a countryside manor, a luxury wedding venue, a marquee reception or a private estate, we bring everything needed to seamlessly set up and serve on your special day.

Travel is quoted individually depending on location and access, ensuring everything is planned with care and attention — just as a wedding should be.
